The home study is officially written and approved by all involved parties. Now the social worker will get it notarized and file it with the courts – hopefully early next week. Getting approved by the AZ courts can take 30-60 days but it usually less than 30.
I did glean a little insight into Natalie and Noah’s individual interviews by reading the report. Here’s a tidbit for you.
Noah states he is “excited” and “a little nervous” about having a new brother and sister. He reports he “sometimes gets along good” with his sister and “sometimes she starts a fight.”
Natalie would like to have sisters because there will be more people to play with and because she says it is “really hard” sometimes to get along with her brother. She states that at times he hurts her feelings and at other times plays with her.
Interesting insight, no?
